Basic troubleshooting
If sensors do not connect:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled
- Make sure the power meter is awake
- Make sure Apple Watch is nearby, unlocked, and on wrist
- Make sure GOVO2 has the needed Health permissions
- Restart GOVO2 if sensors do not reconnect
- Confirm the latest version of GOVO2 is installed
Apple Health permissions
GOVO2 reads and writes a small set of HealthKit data types to estimate VO2max and record workouts. If a metric is missing, open the iOS Settings app, go to Health, Data Access & Devices, GOVO2, and turn on the relevant permissions.
Account and consent
GOVO2 uses Sign in with Apple to link your acceptance of the Terms & Disclaimer to a consent record. For questions about your consent record or to request deletion, contact admin@govo2.com.
